Dr. Harrison Lin and his ENT teammates are nothing short of exceptional. My recent surgery experience, which involved a resection of intradural posterior cranial fossa skull base tumor, resection of temporal bone tumor, decompression of internal auditory canal, and facial nerve electromyography, was handled with the utmost professionalism and expertise. Dr. Lin's precise surgical skills, coupled with his compassionate approach, reassured me throughout the process. His team members were equally attentive and supportive, making the entire journey seamless. I am grateful for their dedication and highly recommend Dr. Harrison Lin and his team for anyone seeking top-tier ENT care.

Dr. Lin was perfectly fine. We had an appointment for my son as he was experiencing pain and "bubbles" in his ears. Dr. Lin noted that the ear didn't appear to have infections and the bubbles could be something to monitor if the persist. Total time with the doc was 10 minutes max. Nothing against Dr. Lin, but UCI health billed my insurance $638 of which insurance covered $171. The diagnostic services of Dr. Lin was $140, which is reasonable, but UCI Health charged you $498 for walking in the door to visit. I can't believe how outrageous that is, as the billing dept literally said, "if you walk in the door, that's the charge no matter how long or short." They wouldn't do anything about it and ultimately I'm stuck with an outrageous bill for 10 minutes of consultation. Want to make it clear that Dr. Lin was great, but I will never use any service from UCI Health ever again

Dr. Lin was my doctor in 2020 and is utterly phenomenal! He was able to diagnose and correct a rare problem (Pulsatile Tinnitus) that 6 other doctors in multiple states couldn’t identify or resolve. He patiently listened. He was extremely knowledgeable. He was eager to help me. He is a very skilled surgeon.Almost 4 years since I had surgery with him and I am still so incredibly thankful I found him because he gave me back the quality of life I’d been missing.You may have to wait several months to get in as a new patient but trust me when I say that it is worth the wait!

I called in June ear tinnitus and pain. Scheduled me. Called me and said he’s in surgery scheduled me again for July. Called again scheduled me for august. On august 10 called me and expected a confirming of my upcoming appointment instead they said he is in surgery that day again. I wonder what kind of place would put someone off that long and expect me not to be mad! What kind of place would think this is ok? This is abuse!

First time cst. Unreal getting thru to this place. Then they are behind in new appts 4 months. I understand they have good dr. Appears this place needs more drs and better management. When I do get thru on phone , very nice people.Again first impression : I’m worried due to a condition I have needing attention now- not in 4 months.

Dr. Lin is a ground breaking brilliant surgeon. He restored my inner ear and now I can actually hear. No more hearing aid for me! Unbelievable results and quick recovery. Worked with me being out of state and his office made everything from consultations to insurance seamlessly.

I used to work in a physician's office just a few years ago, and I can tell you that we would charge ~$200-400 for an office visit, depending on complexity (Infectious disease and we had a lot of ICU-related cases). I did a 10 minute telephone visit with Dr. Lin for a recurrent ear infection after CVS minute clinic told me to follow up with an ENT and just got the bill - $729! BSBC PPO Insurance only covered $200 for this in-network doctor, so my responsibility is $529. $529 for a 10 minute phone call! For a minor illness! Its not about which CPT code they used (although I am going to have to find out) but it's about the price levels that their institution sets. Dr. Lin was nice and knowledgeable, which earns him 2 stars, but the cost is quite excessive here and anyone planning on scheduling their first visit with him should be made aware.

Dr. Lin is one of the best doctors I've ever seen. He was an excellent listener and thorough diagnostician. He knew all of the information I had provided on my paperwork regarding why I was there to see him when he came into the room. He saw me right on time, and then spent just the right amount of time with me. I feel Dr. Lin is extremely well versed on the latest research and treatments in his field. I would highly recommend him!

The Best !!!I went two different doctors who had a long time practical experiences,but didnt work out well, Finally met Dr. LinDr. Lins treatment is excellent and understandable and knowing what he is doing exactly and can very well communicate with Dr. LinMy ear now improved and get better, I can tell the improvement following every treatment his stepThanks Dr. Lin Your are The Best !!!!!!
